ARTICLE 96 § 1 - DECREE OF 31 JANUARY 1986 Amended by Decree of 24 September 2009 (V) Emergency resources and radio communications The following fire-fighting resources are provided: § 1. a) Portable extinguishers of 6 kilograms or 6 liters appropriate to the risks; the operator may opt for one or other of the following formulas: - either place one device on each level, at each exit and ten additional devices near the security post or the operating room; - or distribute the devices judiciously at a rate of one for every fifteen vehicles; b) A 100-liter box of loose sand for each level, equipped with a shovel, placed near each ramp.
